  Friendly staff who are ALWAYS willing to help out and offer advice or one of their fantastic recommendations on e liquid. I have never purchased anything from this store that I have not LOVED as far as liquid goes.
  My partner had a small problem (manufacturers issue, no fault of the shop) with a mod he purchased. Puff n Stuff kindly returned the mod to the manufacturer and facilitated a replacement in 2 weeks. Fantastic service considering the fact they would have been well within their rights to advise us to go to the manufacturer instead of offering assistance! I really have not a bad word to say about this establishment, they have exceeded our expectations every single visit and on top of that, they sell slushies and CBD liquid!!!
  Honestly, no one could ask for more. My partner and I hope that this shop remains open for many years as we simply will not go anywhere else, from Kings Lynn to Fakenham they are THE BEST AROUND!
